There are some rare variations of chromosomes also, instead of the usual two, there are three: XXX, XXY, or XYY. All fetuses have cells with at least one X chromosome.
Gender is defined as a person's behavior and interaction in the society. Gender could be changed during your life span. It can be taught from the beginning of your life. Sometimes gender comes out of cultural ideas beyond the normal sexual behavior and expectations.
In some cultures a person's gender can be changeable. If you are born male you may choose to act like a female.
In believe in the society of two sexes and only two genders. That's how God made us. Biologically given sex should be the normal or natural way for a gender to behave.
